The Celtic Explorer is owned by the Marine Institute of Ireland, measuring 65.5m in lenght she can accomodate 31 crew and 18 Scientists. The Ship is is based in Galway and her function is both for Fisheries & Scientific research purposes. As the vessel spends up to one month sea, it is hugely important that all provisions are of the highest quality and delivered to the vessel  on schedule
